  • You will receive one year unlimited free warranty tune-ups (60 point inspection) on any bike you purchase from the store.  
  • Bike Fitting: Every customer who purchases a bike from us is entitled to a free basic floor fit. Professional fits are offered for a fee and we have highly trained fit experts who are capable of cleat fits, pro road bike fits and aero fits.
  • Kid's Bike Trade Up Program: If you buy a brand new kid's bike from our store, you can bring it back within the one year and trade it in. At that time, you will receive up to 50% of what you paid for it as a credit towards the next size bike. Applies to all 12", 16", 20", 24" kid's bikes.
  • Trek, Cannondale, Giant/LIV and Electra have a limited lifetime warranty. All parts and accessories are warrantied through our store for a minimum of one year after the bike was purchased.
  • 24 Hour Turn around time on Repairs (if pre-booked and parts in stock)
  • We have a guaranteed turn around time of 7-10 days on all special order items in season.*excluding back order items
  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging, the receipt and if the item has not been used. 
  • UNCONDITIONAL COFORT GUARANTEE with Bontrager : ride it and love it. If not, we'll take it back, It's that simple.
  • If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Bontrager purchase*, return the item (along with the original sales receipt) within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
  • We will hold a bike or product for a customer for a limited period of time.
  • We have gift cards that can be purchased.
