  3. You will receive one year unlimited free warranty tune-ups (60 point inspection) on any bike you purchase from the store.  
  4. Bike Fitting: Every customer who purchases a bike from us is entitled to a free basic floor fit. Professional fits are offered for a fee and we have highly trained fit experts who are capable of cleat fits, pro road bike fits and aero fits.
  5. Kid's Bike Trade Up Program: If you buy a brand new kid's bike from our store, you can bring it back within the one year and trade it in. At that time, you will receive up to 50% of what you paid for it as a credit towards the next size bike. Applies to all 12", 16", 20", 24" kid's bikes.
  6. Trek, Cannondale, Giant/LIV, Electra and Premium BMX frames have a limited lifetime warranty. All parts and accessories are warrantied through our store for a minimum of one year after the bike was purchased.
  7. 24 Hour Turn around time on Repairs (if pre-booked and parts in stock)
  8. We have a guaranteed turn around time of 7-10 days on all special order items in season.*excluding back order items
  9. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging, the receipt and if the item has not been used. 
  10. A number of free events are offered throughout the year including bicycle clinics, bike demos, women's events, kid's bike rodeos and customer appreciation night.
  11. During the cycling season we host FREE Tech Classes every other Saturday morning at 9:30am!
  12. We will hold a bike or product for a customer for a limited period of time.
  13. We have gift cards that can be purchased.
  14. Using our website, you can shop from home, get questions answered through email on a timely basis and learn about our store programs and products online!
  15. We honor a 10% discount off parts & accessories and 5% off bikes to all men & women in the EMS, Police & Fire Departments.  Simply show your ID & save.  Thank you for your service!
