We offer complete maintenance packages for bikes from most established bike brands. 

We also perform a wide range of service from basic component repair to complete system overhaul, based on in-shop diagnosis and your needs.

Include Level 3 plus the following: 

•  One of our mechanic will spend an entire day or longer with your bike for the extremely meticulous clean, overhaul, and tuning. 

•  Complete bike strip down to bare components for cleaning and overhaul

•  For full-suspension MTB/eMTB, full linkage overhaul (replacement bearings are extra)

•  For mid-drive eBikes, motor is dropped for area clean, mounts lubrication**

•  Brake/Shift cable/housing replacement included***

• Full bike detailing with premium bike-specific products


1.  For MTB/eMTB, suspension services are NOT INCLUDED (bundle discounts available if suspension services are needed) 
2.  Extra charge for very dirty, dusty, oily or muddy bikes
3.  New bartape is recommended for drop-bar bikes for this procedure, parts & labor will be extra


* Extra steps and labor hours are involved with complete e-bike services
** Only available for the brand of motors we are certified to work on: BOSCH, TQ, Fazua, Giant, Hyena, and Shimano

Not every bike needs a comprehensive service package, so based on your need and our diagnostics, we also offer individual services options .

specialty SERVICE and diagnostics

Advanced and specialty work is performed at a rate of $2.5/min. This allows us to provide you with accurate and honest pricing based on the actual amount of time invested in non-standard services. Such as resto-builds, problem diagnostics, and fabrication.

We continue to invest in our tooling and our knowledge for the latest and the greatest tech in the industry. Got that Di2 or AXS drivetrain acting up? We have the right expert to help you. 


Suspension Service

We offer complete service packages for suspension forks, shocks and dropper post. 

Most manufactures recommend a basic service every 50hrs of riding time; and a full service every 200hrs of riding time.

e-bike services

We offer e-bike specific services for your BOSCH, TQ, Fazua, Giant and Hyena equipped e-bikes.

With more weight and power, regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity of the bikes.

RideWrap

We offer wide range of RideWrap services for suspension forks, Mountain, Gravel and Road bikes. 

For either re-styling or paint protection against scratches, RideWrap is your best option to protect your bike.

Further information

  • For e-bikes, we are the authorized dealer of Trek, Electra, Giant/Liv, Santa Cruz, Gazelle bike brands equipped with Bosch, TQ, Fazua, Giant, Hyena, Shimano e-bike systems.
  • Each member of our service team participates in training sessions annually for suspension and e-bike systems, to remain certified to service specialty components mentioned above. 
  • We are required by the manufacturers to perform firmware updates when working on e-bikes, to minimize issues and maximize compatibility. 
  • For other branded e-bikes, please contact us before dropping the bike off for service. Due to insurance or technical reasons, we may not be able to perform certain service on some e-bikes. 
  • For a selection of otherwise common service items, e-bikes may be subjected to additional charge, as extra steps may be needed to address the e-bike system in addition to the work being performed. 
  • When your bike is dropped off, a service advisor will assess your bike, and inform you of any possible parts and labor that may be required. Should an issue come up during the service or repair process, you will be contacted regarding any possible increase in parts & labor cost.
