Our Maintenance Packages

Ziggy's Cycle offers complete maintenance packages for bicycles, as outlined on this page. If a tune up or overhaul is not required, we can also diagnose the repairs needed and price them separately from the package. Please drop by with your bike so we can make an accurate estimate of the labour and parts needed.

LEVEL 1 

25+ HOURS OF RIDING

$100¹

Includes:

  • •  Frame clean and inspection
  • •  Brake adjustment 
  • •  Drivetrain adjustment & lubrication
  • •  Wheel true
  • •  Headset, bottom bracket and hub adjustment
  • •  Bike wipe down²
  • •  Brake/shift cable/housing replacement at reduced cost (parts extra)
  • •  "M Check" for bolt torque, bike safety check

LEVEL 2 

50+ HOURS OF RIDING

$200¹

Includes:

  • Include Level 1 plus the following: 
  • •  Complete Drivetrain removal and ultrasonic clean
  • •  Advanced wheel true
  • •  2 free shifting cables included (F & R shifter for road/gravel bike, or R shifter & dropper cable for MTB)
  • •  Brake/shift housing replacement at reduced cost (parts extra)
  • • Bike wash with premium bike-specific products²

LEVEL 3

100+ HOURS OF RIDING

$300/$350¹

External/Internal Cable Routing

  • Include Level 2 plus the following:
  • •  Brake cleaning and adjustment (brake pad replacement labor included, parts extra) 
  • • Bottom bracket & headset and wheel hub/freehub overhaul (bearing parts extra)
  • •  Brake/shift housing replacement at no cost (parts extra) ³
  • • Detailed bike wash with premium bike-specific products²

LEVEL Ultimate

200+ HOURS OF RIDING

$750*

Includes:

Include Level 3 plus the following: 

•  One of our mechanic will spend an entire day or longer with your bike for the extremely meticulous clean, overhaul, and tuning. 

•  Complete bike strip down to bare components for cleaning and overhaul

•  For full-suspension MTB/eMTB, full linkage overhaul (replacement bearings are extra)

•  For mid-drive eBikes, motor is dropped for area clean, mounts lubrication**

•  Brake/Shift cable/housing replacement included***

• Full bike detailing with premium bike-specific products

1.  For eBikes and bikes with electronic components, $45 update/diagnostic fee is applied
2.  Extra charge for very dirty, dusty, oily or muddy bikes
3.  New bartape is recommended for drop-bar bikes this procedure, parts & labor will be extra
*   For MTB/eMTB, suspension services are NOT INCLUDED (bundle discounts available if suspension services are needed) 
** Only available for the brand of motors we are certified to work on: BOSCH, TQ, Fazua, Giant(Yamaha), Hyena, and Shimano

*** For drop-bar bikes, new bartape is recommended, bar taping labor is included, parts are extra

Suspension Service

Ziggy's Cycle offers complete service packages for suspension forks, shocks and dropper post. 

Most manufactures recommend a basic service once a year or every 50hrs of riding time; and a full service every two years or every 200hrs of riding time.
