The Cane Creek Computer Mount is incredibly modular with 4 mounting orientations, several angle adjustments and compatibility to run an accessory mount. Every computer mount comes with a Garmin and Wahoo adapter and ability to run an accessory mount. The accessory mount is sold separately and has compatibility to run lights or a camera. Cane Creek's Computer Mount is made with 6061CNC Aluminum and Stainless Steel Black bolts.

How It Works: The Running Dynamics Pod has an accelerometer in the module that measures torso movement to calculate these 6 running metrics: - Cadence is the number of steps per minute. It displays the total steps (right and left combined). - Ground contact time balance displays the left/right balance of your ground contact time while running. It displays a percentage. For example, 53.2 with an arrow pointing left or right. - Stride length is the length of your stride from 1 footfall to the next. It is measured in meters. - Vertical oscillation is your bounce while running. It displays the vertical motion of your torso, measured in centimeters for each step. - Vertical ratio is the ratio of vertical oscillation to stride length. It displays a percentage. A lower number typically indicates better running form. - Ground contact time is the amount of time in each step that you spend on the ground while running. It is measured in milliseconds.

Use this ANT+ antenna to connect an ANT+ trainer to your computer. That enables you to use computer software during your training sessions, such as the Tacx Trainer software, Zwift, and TrainerRoad. These programs read the training data transmitted by an ANT+ trainer and can control the trainer. The K-EDGE Garmin Stem Mount is a great upgrade solution for cyclists who prefer their computer above the stem. Mounting off of the steerer tube, the mount replaces a standard 5mm spacer, and is locked securely in place by the top cap compression system. The adjustable version allows for a variety of different stem angles. Can be used with positive or negative degree stems and additional spacers can be added (5mm to 10mm) above the stem. Note that some of the larger computers will not always work with a steep angled stem.
