2021/2022 BIKE AVAILABILITY

Attention customers,

Due to the Pandemic our industry has seen a surge in demand during our already busy season. With the current Global bike shortage we have limited stock.

We encourage people to contact us prior to visiting the store to preorder bikes, keeping in mind there will be a wait. This will ensure you get the bikes you want.

ONLINE ORDERING, CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE AND DELIVERY.

The quickest way to complete any sale is purchasing here, online. We will process those orders within the day, everyday. We offer curbside pickup (the quickest option) and free delivery in the cities of Kitchener-Waterloo (2-3 business day delay) 

If you cannot find what you need online, please email us!    We will try to return your email within 2 business days. Please be aware we are experiencing a high volume of emails and we are doing our best to field all inquiries.

We encourage you to visit our On-line store, shop at www.ziggyscycle.ca and pick-up within minutes of your order. Note: your credit card and ID are verified at time of pick-up.

IN-STORE SHOPPING

We will be serving 2 customers (or families) at a time in-store showroom shopping. When you arrive please follow the posted instructions. All in-store shopping a proper face mask is required to enter the store.

CURBSIDE PICK UP

 We are offering curbside pick up.

 When you arrive:

Call us (519-893-2963 ex 2) someone will assist you and have your items or bike ready for you at the entrance of the store. We can also meet you at your vehicle.

 For your safety and ours, we have adopted a strict cleaning/sanitizing schedule to lower the risk of infection.
