Indoor Cycling Classes

Are you looking to start training for next year? Interested in maintaining your fitness over the winter? Want to get out of the basement and ride with friends? 

Join our indoor cycling classes!

Classes for the 2018/2019 season are going to start the week of November 6th and, bearing on the weather, will continue into March. 

We will be offering a variety of endurance and interval training courtesy of Alex VanderLinden, professional triathlete and coach.

We provide Wahoo Kickr trainers, Perf Pro software with complete rider profile & rider assessment. We have change rooms, towels and water for riders. 

Riders must bring own bikes and riding gear.

Sweet Spot Intervals           Thursday                 6:30pm to 8pm 
VO2 Max Intervals               Saturday                  7:30am to 9:30am 
VO2 Max Intervals                Sunday                    8:00am to 10:00am


1 class/week: $270

2 classes/week: $480

3 classes/week: $630

Drop-in class rate: $20
