We offer tailor-made maintenance packages for e-bikes from most established bike brands.
Our service technicians are professionally trained and certified to service e-bikes equipped with the following brands of e-Bike systems: BOSCH, TQ, FAZUA, Hyena, Giant and Shimano.
For other branded e-bikes, please contact us before dropping the bike off for service. Due to insurance or technical reasons, we may not be able to perform certain service on some e-bikes and components.

Bike Services
We offer various level of service packages based on your riding conditions and riding time.
Just like the suspension components, your bike also needs regular cleaning and service to ensure you a noise-free and smooth ride, and to prolong the lifespan of the bike and its components.
Suspension Service
We offer complete service packages for suspension forks, shocks and dropper post.
Most manufactures recommend a basic service every 50hrs of riding time; and a full service every 200hrs of riding time.
RideWrap
We offer complete RideWrap services for suspension forks, Mountain, Gravel and Road bikes.

Further information
- For e-bikes, we are the authorized dealer of Trek, Electra, Giant/Liv, Santa Cruz, Gazelle bike brands equipped with Bosch, TQ, Fazua, Giant, Hyena, Shimano e-bike systems.
- Each member of our service team participates in training sessions annually for suspension and e-bike systems, to remain certified to service specialty components mentioned above.
- We are required by the manufacturers to perform firmware updates when working on e-bikes, to minimize issues and maximize compatibility.
- For other branded e-bikes, please contact us before dropping the bike off for service. Due to insurance or technical reasons, we may not be able to perform certain service on some e-bikes.
- For a selection of otherwise common service items, e-bikes may be subjected to additional charge, as extra steps may be needed to address the e-bike system in addition to the work being performed.
- When your bike is dropped off, a service advisor will assess your bike, and inform you of any possible parts and labor that may be required. Should an issue come up during the service or repair process, you will be contacted regarding any possible increase in parts & labor cost.
